A deposit of £75 per week is required on booking. Your balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival date and in full if booked within 6 weeks. There will also be a £100 damage/loss surcharge added to your invoice which will be returned within 7 days of your departure, provided the accommodation has been left clean & tidy and has not incurred any loss or damages.

Bed and Bathroom linen, gas & electric are all included in the price.
